CAUTION! Do not use on plated Jewelry. It will remove the plating if polished too hard.
Directions:
Rub surface to be polished with medium pressure. The special cleansing action will work until cloth has completly darkened. Do not wash cloth. We recommend using this cloth on your gems once a week to keep them looking fresh.

Processing Time
All of our jewelry for purchase online is now made to order. Some pieces take longer than others, due to the nature and detail of each piece. Most of our demi-fine collection pieces are estimated to require 1 to 4 weeks for production, while our fine collection and bridal could be 6 to 9 weeks for production.
If your order is a rush, please email love@pachulah.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.
Tracking Number
A tracking number will be provided with every order shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders placed in either Canada or USA will not incurr these fees.
Additional Notes
Please note, Pachulah is not responsible for any delays caused due to shipping service, especially during high volume seasons.
Pachulah is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been granted authority to be left unattended by the recipient. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left if a signature release is authorised.
If the package is Returned To Sender, please note that you will be not be issued a refund, and we will attempt to contact you to ship the parcel once again. The customer will be responsible for paying the extra shipping charge.

All Pachulah jewelry pieces are now made to order, and therefore we no longer accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, that if you are not 100% satisfied and in love with your new jewelry, we take very good care of our customers and will be happy to help make it perfect for you.
