Shipping Policy
Free Shipping!
We are proud to offer free shipping on orders over $100!
Logistics
All pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 1-3 days production time however the majority of orders are fulfilled by our team in Waikiki HI within the same day the order being placed. Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after production.
Transit Times
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive from the time your order has been shipped.
Tracking Number
A tracking number will be provided with every order shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. *Please note we are now located in Hawaii, USA. Your order will ship from our Studio in Waikiki HI, USA.*
Additional Notes
Please note, Pachulah is not responsible for any delays caused due to shipping service, especially during high volume seasons.
Pachulah is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been granted authority to be left unattended by the recipient. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left if a signature release is authorised.
If the package is Returned To Sender, please note that you will be issued a refund however this refund will not include the initial shipping cost. You will be refunded the order subtotal, before shipping.
Exchanges and Returns
We value all our customers and want you to love your jewelry! We are happy to offer exchanges for store credit within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned with original box and bag. Items must appear to be unworn and in original condition. Please contact love@pachulah.com for any exchange inquiries.
PACHULAH LLC reserves the right to refuse any returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return and must be in new, unused condition as well.
All sale, promotion, custom and/or discounted items are final sale.
All earrings are final sale.
We do not offer refunds.
Repairs
Hey, accidents happen, and we totally get that. We are so happy to get your piece looking as good as new. Please email love@pachulah.com with your order number and a photo of the piece so we can provide you with an estimate.
