Returns

We are proud to offer full refunds on orders purchased within 30 days. 
Items must be returns in new, unworn, clean condition, with full packaging. 
Should any part of our packaging be damaged upon return, a $10 fee will be deducted from your return.

Pachulah reserves the right to refuse any returned items if an item is deemed worn, altered, or damaged in any form. If a return is sent to Pachulah via post and deemed worn, altered, or damaged in any form, it will be returned at owners expense.

Shipping, taxes & duties

We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $100. All shipments are sent via USPS. 

Pachulah is not reponsible for import duties and taxes that may be charged upon receiving your package. In the event of a return, the tax, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
